Vacuum/Thermoforming Molds

Vacuum/ThermoForming Molds overview

Our Vacuum/thermoforming Molds Specialist team know that even the slightest discrepancy in dimensions, weight, finish, etc. can be catastrophic to the quality of the finished molded product. That is exactly why we perform quality inspections throughout the entire Vacuum Forming Mold making process.

Many of the materials that we work with include, aluminum, wood, polyurethane and epoxy boards. We also specialize in other materials like cast aluminum and CNC machined aluminum. From these materials we can create thin-gauge Vacuuming Forming Molds of the highest quality.

Our vacuum/thermoforming molds capabilities range from vertical machining, deep hole gun drilling to MIG and TIG welding both aluminum and steel. From 3-axis, we can work with parts up to 98 inches in length and up to 50 inches in width. Heights of those projects can be up to 26 inches in height as well. We also employ 5-axis Thremwood machines that exceeds the dimensional ability of the 3-axis. We can handle some pretty heavy projects; up to 2,500 lbs with CNC tolerances of +/- 0.005.
