Rotational/Blow Molding

Rotational Molding Overview

Rotational Molding, uses plastic in powder form and our into aluminum mold. The spinning process is used to create hollow products such as bottles and items that need to be ridged, yet weigh much less when compared to its solid counterpart. Can be as large as a kayak or Kaivac cleaning machines.

We have the ability to create Rotational Molds based on your CAD/CAM software program documents. Every time we begin a project for a customer, we inspect every step of the mold production process from beginning to end.
