Custom CNC Machined Pattern & Fixture

We continue to be the premier leader when it comes to making patterns, check fixtures, and CNC trimming fixtures. Our highly-trained staff have the extensive experience and advanced equipment to work with many different materials such as, wood, epoxy boards, polyurethane boards, fiberglass materials, etc. Our patterns and fixture making capabilities include, vacuum forming, foundry, CNC trimming, hand trimming, and water jet trimming fixtures.

What can we handle? Well, our CNC milling machine can routinely produce parts weighing up to 1,500 lbs. We are also very familiar with using a multitude of file formats like, MasterCAM, IGES, STEP, and AutoCAD (DXF, DWG). Our lead-times range from 1 – 3 weeks.

Pressure Boxes & Plug Assist

Providing top quality products and doing so with on-time delivery of products such as, pressure boxes, steel rule dies, and plug assists are just a couple of our specialties here at Borke MS. A few of the other products we provide are, ring assists, stainless steel striker plates, stackers, and pushers. Those products can be created using the following materials: steel, aluminum plate, cast aluminum, REN, wood, hi-tac, etc.

Looking for something in the medical, automotive, or aerospace industry? We have to ability to produce both, 3- and 4-point steel rules dies in heights of up to 2 inches.
