When it comes to high quality molds for plastics, Borke Mold Specialists, Inc. is your source for the best in vacuum forming molds, thermoforming molds, rotational molds, and pressure form molds. Since 1990, we have designed and fabricated molds for plastics.
Our 12,000 square foot manufacturing facility includes Wood and Metal Finishing departments and CNC Machining. Our CNC Machining department is capable of 3 axis machining, up to 80″ x 150″.
We use MasterCam to design and CNC machining for the molds and patterns. We can import IGS, STEP, and X_T files. If you have an idea for a new product, our expert mold engineers can design the part and then create a 3D model for you.
